WATERTOWN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 30, 2025-- Enanta Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ENTA), a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to creating small molecule drugs for virology and immunology indications, today announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering for $50.0 million of shares of its common stock. All of the shares are being offered by Enanta. In addition, Enanta intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $7.5 million of shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the proposed offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the proposed offering.

J.P. Morgan, Jefferies and Evercore ISI are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
